Abstract

The main objective in this paperisto design and manufacture a machine that is able extractsugarcane juice automatically with maximum juice extraction efficiency. The machine must facilitate such that thehuman involvement while extracting juice is reduced and effective isolations to prevent injury totheoperator.. After that, detailed experimentation iscarried out to understand variousfactors affecting thejuice extraction process and the extraction efficiency. The basic design & dimensional requirements enlisted by this five conceptual designsgenerated among themisone of the conceptual designschosen for the best design based on feasibility ranking. Designis to be implemented into reality through manufacturing assembly with good aesthetic.
