The population used is 11 villages, and the sample is village fund management apparatus in Bulukumpa sub-district, Bulukumba district starting from the village head, village secretary, treasurer (head of financial affairs), head of affairs as many as 120 samples. data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) The competence of village officials had a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on village fund management accountability, (3) Community participation has a positive and significant impact on village fund management accountability , (4) Competence of village officials, organizational commitment and community participation have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on village fund management accountability . The strengthened shell is analysed using finite element method (FEM) in this preliminary study. The method of strengthening with GFRP has been used in many studies recently. Therefore, it was decided to conduct this research. In this study, as a result of the reinforcement made by wrapping 2 mm thick GFRP fabric into the 12 m height Steel silo structure. The differences between modal parameters of the steel silo and GFRP reinforced Steel silo were compared. These modal parameters are period and mode shapes. The first 5 modes of the situation with and without GFRP were examined with finite element method. A difference of 2% - 10% was observed in the periods of the first 5 modes. Reinforcement with GFRP has been observed to be positive effects for safety on the steel silo. In this paper, we review the existing methods of detection of virtual machines remotely from with the access limited to the browser ecosystem of the client side. We review 7 different attacks and verify their usability in different setups comprising combinations of multiple host OS and browser ecosystems. We also provide methods to hide the presence of virtual machines in these particular attack strategies. Aeration of sewage in sewer pipeline's/ channel’s carried out by replacing the traditional speed breakers with some simple mechanism. The present invention relates generally to mechanisms for infusing air from the atmosphere into Sewage network pipelines. In this project we are trying to utilize friction between tires and road pavement. As vehicles pass over the speed breakers, they rotates the rollers/rotar (hump of speed breaker) which are connected to a gear mechanism which further connected into sewer pipeline ,In this unit the paddles are connected which drains out the sewage. This method is an effective way to drained out the sewage in very less time as the numbers of vehicles on the road are ever increasing. Also the cost of fabrication of the model is low. It can be effectively placed near high volume traffic flow. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is used as a data analysis technique in this study.<br>The results of hypothesis testing indicate that: 1) independence has an effect on audit performance; 2) professionalism has an effect on audit performance; 3) competence has an effect on audit performance; 4) Job satisfaction does not moderate and weaken the relationship of independence to audit performance; 5) job satisfaction does not moderate and strengthen the relationship of professionalism to audit performance. Automotive industries have taken initiatives to shift from conventional fuel to renewable and E-vehicles. Still a day is long where all the conventional vehicles in India will be replaced with E-vehicles. Another approach in this regard is utilizing the fuel/ energy to optimum level. The effective use of the fuel is conventionally achieved through modifications in the engines, while the fuel consumption of the vehicles can further be controlled with the automatic ignition and turning off method. It is observed that in standstill condition at traffic signals, the fuel consumption of the vehicle is comparatively more than running condition and it is wasted as not utilized for the movement. Authors have identified the opportunity to develop a system for auto ignition and turning off the automotive engines with traffic signals. The findings of the current study is participants who have experienced team sprint will have higher employee engagement compared to the ones who never team sprint. Soil samples were collected from Enyigba mining site, Ikwo mining site, AmeriAmekamining site, Izza mining site, MkpumeAkwatakwa mining site and MpumeAkwaokuku mining site while the food crop samples (okra, cassava and rice) were collected from the farmlands within the mining sites. Control samples were collected 500m away from the mining destinations were there was no evidence of mining activities on the soils. A total of sixty sub-samples and six control soil samples were collected for this study. Generally, the values of all the heavy metals analyzed for soil and food crop samples were higher than the values recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), and those from the control site suggesting possible mobility of the metals from mining sites to farmlands through leaching and runoffs. Using catastrophe risk reduction approaches reduced susceptibility from 2010 to 2015. San Policarpo census statistics were used to assess 17 barangays (2010 and 2015). The researcher created an index that measured sensitivity, exposure, and adaptive capacity (Krishnamurthy et al., 2014). The susceptibility index scores were compared to depict geographical dynamics. During any military operation, a real-time analysis of varied stress factors that troops usually encounter will certainly facilitate the commanders at all levels in their decision-making process. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to develop an early prototype of a stress monitoring system named as Soldiers Stress Monitoring System, in abbreviated form SMS. The proposed system incorporates the brain waves and physiological data of (deployed) soldiers to quantity their stress level and assists the higher commander to take the best decision about troops’ deployment (continue/return). The Electroencephalography (EEG) based Brain-Computer Interfacing (BCI) technology was used to acquire the brain signals, while machine learning was adopted to facilitate the decision-making process for the higher commander. A lightweight evaluation study was also carried out where it has been found that the identified stress factors and the decision assistance procedures of the proposed system were effective and efficient for deciding on the military operation by the higher command. Globally, the concrete industry consumes large quantities of natural resources, which are becoming insufficient to meet the increasing demands. At the same time, large number of old buildings and other structures have reached the end of their service life and are being demolished, resulting in generation of demolished concrete. Some of this concrete waste is used as backfill material and much being sent to landfills. Recycling concrete by using it as replacement to new aggregate in concrete could reduce concrete waste and conserve natural resources of aggregate. In the last two decades, varieties of recycling methods for construction and demolition wastes have been explored and are in well-developed stages. Fly ash is known to be a good pozzolanic material and has been used to increase the ultimate compressive strength and workability of fresh concrete. The approach adopted here includes a 30% substitution of natural aggregates by recycled concrete aggregates as well as the use of (0%,5%,10%,15%) by mass of fly ash as a partial substitute of Portland cement. This paper discusses the strength characteristics of natural and recycled aggregate concrete using fly ash. The most important benefit is reduced permeability to water and aggressive chemicals. This leads to the direction of developing a generation of new materials which are produced at low cost, lighter in weight and possess higher strength. The end results of research on this specialized subject led to the improvement of composites. Consequently, AL-MMC mixes the toughness of matrix and reinforcement strength to obtain a combination of desired properties, which are not found in the single conventional material. Al Based MMC is processed in Resistance-Furnace successfully at 1000º C reaction-temperature and 30 minutes’ reaction-time. The Micro-Structural studies demonstrate formation of Al.+.4.5%Cu+.Fly Ash phases exhibiting exothermal-reaction is complete. The Tensile-strength of 1-3 and 2-3 compositions were found to be greater than that of 1-1 and 2-1 compositions respectively. The Hardness values of 1-1 and 2-1 compositions were found to be greater than that of 1-3 and 2-3 composition respectively.
