Aeration of sewage in sewer pipeline's/ channel’s carried out by replacing the traditional speed breakers with some simple mechanism. The present invention relates generally to mechanisms for infusing air from the atmosphere into Sewage network pipelines. In this project we are trying to utilize friction between tires and road pavement. As vehicles pass over the speed breakers, they rotates the rollers/rotar (hump of speed breaker) which are connected to a gear mechanism which further connected into sewer pipeline ,In this unit the paddles are connected which drains out the sewage. This method is an effective way to drained out the sewage in very less time as the numbers of vehicles on the road are ever increasing. Also the cost of fabrication of the model is low. It can be effectively placed near high volume traffic flow. This method provides an efficient way to clean the sewage by aeration process from the channel in very less time and having large discharge as compare to existing one from the kinetic energy of moving vehicles on roads.
2021-07-11T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 https://repo.ijiert.org/index.php/ijiert/article/view/2705 THE EFFECT OF INDEPENDENCE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND COMPETENCE ON AUDITOR PERFORMANCE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS MODERATING VARIABLE 2021-07-13T15:10:44+00:00 Arlan Tahir arlantahir04@gmail.com Kartini hanifakartini@fe.unhas.ac.id Aini Indrijawati ainiindrijawati@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the effect of independence, professionalism, and competence on auditor performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at KAP in South, North, Southeast and Central Sulawesi. Automotive industries have taken initiatives to shift from conventional fuel to renewable and E-vehicles. Still a day is long where all the conventional vehicles in India will be replaced with E-vehicles. Another approach in this regard is utilizing the fuel/ energy to optimum level. The effective use of the fuel is conventionally achieved through modifications in the engines, while the fuel consumption of the vehicles can further be controlled with the automatic ignition and turning off method. It is observed that in standstill condition at traffic signals, the fuel consumption of the vehicle is comparatively more than running condition and it is wasted as not utilized for the movement. Authors have identified the opportunity to develop a system for auto ignition and turning off the automotive engines with traffic signals. Authors have proposed the Arduino based system to address the said issue and is presented in this paper.
2021-07-16T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 https://repo.ijiert.org/index.php/ijiert/article/view/2719 THE ROLE OF TEAM SPRINT IN ENTERPRISE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, CASE OF TENCENT HOLDINGS LTD, CHINA 2021-07-16T16:25:16+00:00 Shen Xinyue Shen@gmail.com Tubagus Achmad Darodjat Tubagus@gmail.com
The current study topic would be ‘The Role of Team Sprint in Enterprise Human Resource Management: Case of Tencent, China’. Understanding the susceptibility dynamics through time can help reduce the likelihood of deaths and other losses. The central research questions were: Which barangays were most susceptible in both years? What has changed since Typhoon Hagupit? How did government resilience efforts affect susceptibility? Using catastrophe risk reduction approaches reduced susceptibility from 2010 to 2015. San Policarpo census statistics were used to assess 17 barangays (2010 and 2015). The researcher created an index that measured sensitivity, exposure, and adaptive capacity (Krishnamurthy et al., 2014). The susceptibility index scores were compared to depict geographical dynamics. The outcome was that susceptibility fell to a low level. Therefore, soldiers’ overall stress management system has to turn out to be an inescapable part of combat efficiency. During any military operation, a real-time analysis of varied stress factors that troops usually encounter will certainly facilitate the commanders at all levels in their decision-making process. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to develop an early prototype of a stress monitoring system named as Soldiers Stress Monitoring System, in abbreviated form SMS. The proposed system incorporates the brain waves and physiological data of (deployed) soldiers to quantity their stress level and assists the higher commander to take the best decision about troops’ deployment (continue/return). The Electroencephalography (EEG) based Brain-Computer Interfacing (BCI) technology was used to acquire the brain signals, while machine learning was adopted to facilitate the decision-making process for the higher commander. A lightweight evaluation study was also carried out where it has been found that the identified stress factors and the decision assistance procedures of the proposed system were effective and efficient for deciding on the military operation by the higher command. Moreover, the study showed that the Bayes Net algorithm demonstrated a better accuracy of 98.4% followed by the JRip algorithm of 97.5% while categorizing the soldiers’ stress status.
2021-07-23T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 https://repo.ijiert.org/index.php/ijiert/article/view/2752 USE OF FLY ASH IN RECYCLED AGGREGATE CONCRETE 2021-07-25T15:24:24+00:00 S. Ramya Sree paraanjiramyasree@gmail.com K. Kalyan Reddy Kalyanreddyk111@gmail.com
Nowadays, environmentally friendly building is becoming a crucial issue in construction industry. The course towards sustainable concrete involves minimizing the environmental impact of concrete production and as well as reducing the global CO2 emissions. Globally, the concrete industry consumes large quantities of natural resources, which are becoming insufficient to meet the increasing demands. At the same time, large number of old buildings and other structures have reached the end of their service life and are being demolished, resulting in generation of demolished concrete. Some of this concrete waste is used as backfill material and much being sent to landfills. Recycling concrete by using it as replacement to new aggregate in concrete could reduce concrete waste and conserve natural resources of aggregate. In the last two decades, varieties of recycling methods for construction and demolition wastes have been explored and are in well-developed stages. Fly ash is known to be a good pozzolanic material and has been used to increase the ultimate compressive strength and workability of fresh concrete. The approach adopted here includes a 30% substitution of natural aggregates by recycled concrete aggregates as well as the use of (0%,5%,10%,15%) by mass of fly ash as a partial substitute of Portland cement. This paper discusses the strength characteristics of natural and recycled aggregate concrete using fly ash. The most important benefit is reduced permeability to water and aggressive chemicals. This increases strength and reduces permeability.
2021-07-25T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 https://repo.ijiert.org/index.php/ijiert/article/view/2753 IMAGE CLASSIFICATION USING CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORKS BY DIFFERENT ACTIVATION FUNCTIONS 2021-07-25T15:30:27+00:00 Nayoumi Mytholla m.nayoumi@gmail.com Vodala Chakshu chakshuvodala8@gmail.com
With the continuous development of deep learning, convolution neural network with its excellent recognition performance obtains a series of major breakthrough results in target detection, image recognition and other fields. In monsoon they swell and in summer they shrink on evaporation of water from there. Because of these fluctuations in moisture content there will be changes in volume, and due to this the civil engineering structures like buildings, pavements, canal linings etc. are severely damaged. It is, therefore, necessary to mitigate the problems posed by black cotton soils and prevent cracking of structures. Stabilization is the process of improving the properties of soils, stabilization methods are of mechanical and chemical. Chemical method is obtained by using stabilizers such as cement, sand, silt, lime, fly ash etc. As fly ash is freely available, for projects in the vicinity of the Thermal Power Plants, it can be used for stabilization of black cotton soils for various uses. The project describes a study carried out to check the improvements in the properties of black cotton soil with fly ash in varying percentages (10%, 20% and 30%).
2021-07-25T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 https://repo.ijiert.org/index.php/ijiert/article/view/2758 THE EVIDENCE AND PROVING 2021-07-26T13:07:24+00:00 Javdotova Sabina Sabitovna Javdotova@gmail.com
This article provides reasoning according to certain logical rules, justifying the truth of any assumption, statement, hypothesis or theory. This study seeks to examine the challenges of electronic waste in Nigeria. The study revealed that even though health hazards are associated with the interaction with e-waste, it is evident that stakeholders in the informal management of e-waste were willing to continue in trade due to the economic benefits it offers. Though there is provision for management of hazardous waste in the national policy guidelines as well as regulations set by the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency for the importation of electronic The lack of effective management systems and implementation creates a loophole for the presence of e-waste in Nigeria.
