Abstract

the numerical algorithm used to solve the equation of motion for the planar flexural forced vibration of the cantilever beam. The partial differential equation is first discretized in the spatial coordinate the equation is discretized in the time domain using the numerical algorithm is used to calculate the nonlinear response of the beam.
