Abstract

The mechanical engineering graduates learning skills goes well beyond the basic skills which required in the traditional engineering. It is responsibility of academic institution to develop “core values” in their students so that constituents serve best to the society. Feedback from industry highlights the need for students to understand more about the area of creativity and innovation in the context of industry and business environment. This is done by implementing creative class room theory to the students.
