Abstract

Review presented here dealswiththe designand development of steel ball grinder for sand grinding. Themainobjectiveofthispaper was to reducethecost of sand casting by recycling the already used mould sand.Steelballsandgrinderwasusedtogrindand blend many moulding materials into fine powder.The procedure consists ofremoval ofbentonite sand and dead clay fromthemix. The reclaimed sand may find major usesinmouldmakinginthefoundryindustry.
