Abstract

The manufacturing is always the most crucial industryand the research in improving the product is appreciable in last few decades. The gear needs to be very accurate as the performance of the system may vary with the accuracy of the gears. The hobbing machines with the CNC and PLC control can change the accuracy remarkably. This configuration may improve upon the factors like cost, quality, accuracy and ease of production. Authors have proposed the controlled motors implementation in the process of the gear production.
