Abstract

The relevance and timeliness of this article is due to the fact that the amelioration of agricultural land is, on the one hand, the basis for solving the food problem, on the other -one of the main factors determining the state of the main components of the natural environment. Both in that and in another quality, the amelioration of agricultural land has a significant impact on the ecological and socio-economic conditions of human existence.All these pointsto the need to ensure the inextricable link between the effective use of reclaimed land and compliance with environmental restrictions in the development of land reclamation for agricultural land. This is evidenced by global experience.
