The development of the economy, state organizations, socio-economic policy, material spiritual wealth of the state, the fact that the benefits of jamiki serve primarily in the interests of mankind is an irresistible axiom. Therefore, all members of society have the right to enjoy these resources equally. In the history of mankind, the evaluation of looking at individuals with disabilities is changing from negative to positive. Radical reforms in Uzbekistan are equally covering all segments of society. In particular, individuals with visual disabilities are achieving socio-economic prosperity. But along with achievements, our shortcomings are also fraught. In this research work, it was highlighted that the effective realization of the blind from the existing labor potential will serve to raise the country’s economy and human capital.
