Abstract
Rubbish plastic, in particular from drinking water bottles and cups packaging contributes to a large volume of waste in schools . thiplastic,d drink packaging in bottle or plastic cups sold on campus . Besides for necessity individual , drink packaging especially mineral water in plastic cups , served in various activity students and various meeting by staff Ubaya . Rubbish bottle or plastic cups usually dumped on the spot rubbish normal so that will mixed with various type rubbish other . Mixing various type rubbish this will cause the recycling process repeat more _ long , namely : the separation process , and the cleaning that requires huge cost and energy . _ Besides that 's trash mixed plastic _ the chance for no recycled . Solution problem waste focused on waste _ bottle plastic is use of plastic bottle waste bank ( waste bank bottle plastic "BSBP"). In research this , BSBP is designed in accordance with needs users in order for them want to use it . BSBP has form base resemble bottle with 240 cm high , 100 cm in diameter and capable accommodate about 1440 bottles . BSBP will have color base bright light up red combination yellow . BSBP will also be equipped with a counter that can measure amount its users and the stickers it contains step usage . Next , for BSBP implementation requires a socialization strategy offline and online. Study this especially for offline mode . Socialization this aimed at students and staff know and want throw away rubbish plastic bottles and cups in the waste bank . Socialization process will using community-based social-marketing. Several strategies are carried out is introduce direct from mouth-to-mouth, making teaser excitement pamphlets and posters, work same with Ubaya organizations introduced the program through the Ubaya Warta collection _ rubbish from meetings, holding special events , as well invite boarding students for gather bottle the plastic they are use in boarding. After rubbish plastic collected , next processed use machine counter . Machine enumerator will chop bottle Becomes piece small , which is next could sold and processed on machines cycle repeat plastic .
